"I received 3 sessions across my pregnancy and was very pleased with each of them!
In my first and second trimester they were extremely relaxing and I felt a calming benefit the day after treatment also.
In the third trimester (after 37w) Katy was able to work on my uterus more, and during the session I had increased Braxton Hicks contractions. These were lovely to feel, alongside similar calming effects like the previous treatments.
I would definitely recommend receiving maternity reflexology from Katy. Especially closer to your due date, as this was a precious experience. I must investigate some postnatal treatments now that baby has arrived, could do with a bit of that calm again"
