What is sleep school?

5 nights of DIY reflexology classes plus insights on how to build a sleep routine that will set yourself up for more energy, better emotional resilience and hormonal function - all vital for when your working with your fertility or period problems

Sleep sets up the foundation for so many different health factors 

It impacts just about every system of the body and each night we will focus on a different factor that will help you improve your sleep quality and quantity 

Sleep school will help you:

  • Improve your sleep hygiene and routines

  • Stay accountable to yourself as you reset your sleep habits with the support of the challenge 

  • Understand why your having sleep issues and how lack of sleep can influence how you feel physically, mentally and even how you interpret the world around you 

  • Learn a DIY reflexology sequence you can use anytime to help you calm your nervous system and target specific reflexes that support sleep quality 

  • Have practical tools you can implement immediately

Hey, I'm Katy 

I’m Katy Ewen, Reproductive Reflexologist and Fertility Awareness Mentor. 

 

I see so many clients struggling with sleep because they are in the depths of a fertility journey, stressed from work, or stressed because they cant sleep and stuck in this awful vicious circle!

 

Understanding the links with our nervous system and how our hormones work can be a transformative experience and having easy and practical tools to give yourself a much needed reset is something I’m thrilled to pass on for you for free
