I am Katy Ewen. I am a certified Fertility Awareness Mentor, Women's hormone health coach, Reproductive Reflexologist (member of the Association of Reflexologists) , and Podcaster.

 

​Conceive DIY has been designed so you will gain a full understanding of your cycle and how you can use fertility awareness as a marker of your overall health.

​Please read the following information carefully before proceeding with your purchase

By purchasing this course you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions

1. Payment

The total cost of the course is £375 OR £187.50 with early bird discount.

Payments can be paid in one payment full payment or 3-monthly payment

​

  • One payment of £375/187.50

  • 3-monthly payments of £127/63 per month 

2. Additional Costs

There will be some additional costs/purchases for you to make to complete this course. It is your responsibility to sources these

​

  • Read my Body App – This is the app we will use to record your cycles. It is non-algorithm based so is only influenced by the data you input. This will cost approx £3 a month or £20 for the annual fee

  • Thermometer – to record your BBT you will need to purchase a thermometer. Digital is preferred for a more accurate reading

  • Further reading – I may recommend for you to purchase relevant books that will enhance your learning

3. Cancellations and Refunds

All sales are final. No refunds will be provided for this self-led course.

4. Access and Usage

You will receive lifetime access to the core course materials (including videos, documents, and any updates).

You may not share, reproduce, or distribute any course content. Access is for your personal use only.

5. Intellectual Property

All resources and learning portals have been created by myself, Katy Ewen. Many documents have been adapted from my training in the FAMM certification with Lisa Hendrickson-Jack

 

By purchasing this course, you agree that:

  • All content (videos, PDFs, slides, protocols) remains the intellectual property of Katy Ewen or the original source.

  • You will not share, reproduce, or resell any part of this course or teach it to others under your own name.

6. Medical Disclaimer

This course is designed to provide educational information to help you better understand your menstrual cycle and fertility. I am not a medical professional and this course does not offer medical advice. Any questions or concerns related to your health, medications, or supplements should be directed to your GP or a qualified healthcare provider.

I do not prescribe medications or supplements. While the course may include general information about supplements that can be supportive, any decisions around taking them are entirely your own. I strongly recommend consulting with your GP and/or a qualified nutritionist before making changes to your supplement routine.​

7. No Guarantees

This course will teach you how to accurately use the symptothermal method of fertility awareness. However, how you apply what you learn is entirely your responsibility.

If your goal in taking this course is to conceive, please understand that while I’ve designed these tools to support your reproductive health, I cannot guarantee that you will become pregnant as a result of using this program.

 

This course is not a substitute for personalised, one-to-one care. If you feel you need support beyond the scope of this program, I encourage you to seek out a practitioner who can meet those needs.

8. Responsibility and Liability

By enrolling, you agree that:

  • You are solely responsible for how you interpret and implement the information provided.

  • You will not hold Katy Ewen liable for any outcomes (positive or negative) that result from your participation in the course.

9. Modifications

I, Katy Ewen, reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. If changes are made, you will be notified via email or the course platform.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by UK law. Any disputes will be handled under UK jurisdiction.
