For Reflex East’s first event, Katy made a special trip to the Sweaty Betty store in Glasgow. Here she hosted a 1 hour workshop explaining the basics of what reflexology is and how it works, before guiding the group through a sequence of reflexes in the hands that can help you feel more relaxed and manage symptoms of common conditions
